Laudato Youth had an absolutely enriching experience spending time with Fr. Ronald Musinguzi Atwoki, the Managing Director of 105.6 Jubilee Radio, along with his enthusiastic new media team. Where they gathered to discuss a collective involvement in the Jubilee Year. #jubileeradioforjubileeyear #laudatoyouthpilgrimsofgreenhope

Our Laudato Youth Mentor Br. Adolf Mugume, CSC engaging in conversation with the Jubilee radio director and the new media team about the Jubilee Year and re branding with new media.

As we embark on this Jubilee Year, it feels like we’re all on a shared journey as Pilgrims of Green Hope. It’s inspiring to witness how Jubilee Radio serves not just as a station but as a vibrant hub within our community, fostering connection and joy among families. We left feeling motivated and excited about the future of Catholic media in the diocese and eager to see how the radio plans to integrate new media into its activities during this Jubilee Year!

From (Left) Mugabe Dan: new media committee member, Musimenta Kenneth: publications director, Sarah Kirikumwino: Laudato Clubs’ president, Fr. Ronald Musinguzi Atwoki: Jubilee Radio Managing Director, and Claire Nayebare new media committee chairperson.

Our conversations proved to be incredibly fruitful, as we explored the radio’s essential role in rebranding Catholic media in Fort-portal Catholic Diocese and its commitment to enlightening God’s people about this special Jubilee Year.

We were truly amazed by the fantastic work they’re doing to spread the message of “The Joy of the Family.”
